Terms of Use

House rules for the floor and the window row.

These terms cover visiting CLOUDNINE and booking a seat through our site. They are meant to keep the lounge bright, quiet, and fair for everyone who walks in. By booking a row or using a station you agree to the points below.

1. Booking a row

   A booking holds a seat at your chosen altitude, date, and time. Please arrive close to your slot; if a booked seat sits empty past a short grace window, we may release it to a walk-in so the floor keeps moving. Ground floor and window seats are priced per hour, per person.

2. The window row

   Row nine is the quiet row along the glass. Voices stay low, headsets stay on, and on busy afternoons a single sitting is capped at two hours so more people get a turn at altitude. A booking guarantees your spot; walk-ins take whatever glass is free.

3. Using the floor

   Treat the machines and furniture with care. Food and drink are welcome at the counter and at your desk within reason, but please keep the desks clean for the next player. Staff may ask anyone to move or leave if behaviour disturbs others or risks the equipment.

4. Fair use and conduct

   The lounge is a shared space for play and community. Harassment, damage, or attempts to alter the setup of a station are not allowed. Tournaments and ladders we run are scored on points, hours, and skill only — this is entertainment, not a place for wagers of any kind.

5. Changes and liability

   We may update these terms, our rates, or opening hours as the lounge grows; the current version always lives here. CLOUDNINE is not responsible for personal items left unattended. Look after your belongings and let staff know if something needs attention.
